摘 要:低压断路器是低压交直流配电系统控制和保护的主要器件,电气寿命是衡量其性能的指标之一。相较于低压交流断路器,直流断路器没有电流过零灭弧特征,其灭弧及寿命评估不易。本文研究无极性直流微型断路器电寿命评估,阐述了无极性直流微型断路器结构,搭建试验平台进行电弧特性分析和电寿命试验,并建立电寿命预测模型。试验结果表明,电弧对触头的稳定燃烧是断路器电寿命减少的主要原因,本文所提出的静触头烧蚀量与燃弧能量积累量的线性模型可有效预测断路器电寿命。Low-voltage circuit breakers are the main components of the control and protection of low-voltage AC and DC power distribution systems,and their electrical life is one of the performance indicators for measuring circuit breakers.Compared with low-voltage AC circuit breakers,DC circuit breakers have no current zero-crossing arc extinguishing feature,and its arc extinguishing and life evaluation are not easy.This paper studies the evaluation of the electrical life of the non-polarized DC miniature circuit breaker.The structure of the non-polarized DC miniature circuit breaker is explained.The arc characteristic analysis and electrical life test are carried out on the test platform,and the electrical life prediction model is established.The test results show that the stable combustion of the contacts by the arc is the main reason for the reduction of the electrical life of the circuit breaker.The proposed linear model of static contact ablation and arcing energy accumulation is effective in predicting its electrical life.
