摘 要:储能集装箱内的母线排主要用于电池模块的充放电作业,充放电过程中的电压和电流往往较大,若母线排的空间布置不合理,很有可能由于绝缘距离不够而造成对地击穿;或者因为结构强度设计不合理,在运输、充放电过程中产生结构变形或破坏,影响储能集装箱的运行可靠性。本文以储能集装箱内母线排为例,介绍母线排的主要结构与工作情况,并使用有限元分析软件Ansys Mechanical APDL对母线排在充放电时的电场分布进行分析。为了验证母线排结构强度是否满足使用要求,使用Ansys Workbench对母线排在运输、作业、共振等工况下的受力情况进行分析,结果验证了此种储能集装箱母线排结构的合理性,可为同类电气零部件设计提供参考。The busbars in the energy storage container are mainly used for charging and discharging the battery.There are often large voltages and currents during the charging and discharging process.If the layout of the busbars is unreasonable,it is likely to discharge which is caused by insufficient insulation distance,or because of unreasonable structural strength design,structural deformation or damage occurs during transportation,charging and discharging,which affects the operational reliability of the energy storage container.This article takes the busbar in an energy storage container as an example,introduces the main structure and working conditions of the busbar,and uses Ansys Mechanical APDL to analyze the electric field distribution of the busbar during charging and discharging.In order to verify whether the strength of the busbar structure meets the application requirements,Ansys Workbench is used to analyze the force of the busbar in transportation,operation,resonance and other working conditions.Through analysis,the structural rationality of this kind of energy storage container busbar is verified,which provides reference for the design of similar electrical components.
