摘 要:针对于中小规模家庭式养殖模式的饲料喂料问题,设计一种饲料流量分控可调的自走式家禽喂料机,介绍了其结构组成和工作原理,并对其关键部件螺旋排料机构的排料特性进行分析,确定其螺旋排料机构的主要参数。运用EDEM建立螺旋排料机构仿真模型,以前进过程的排料量为试验指标,进料口开口高度为因素,利用单因素试验的试验方法对仿真结果进行数据分析。其结果表明:随着进料口开口高度的增加,前进的喂料机排料量成不断增加的趋势,可以实现螺旋排料机构饲料流量调整功能。Aiming at the feed feeding probleminvolved in the small and medium-scale family farming mode,a self-propelled poultry feeder with adjustable feed flow rate was designed,its structure and working principle were introduced,and the discharge characteristics of its key component,i.e.spiral discharging mechanism,were analyzed,and the main parameters of the spiral discharging mechanism were determined.EDEM was used to establish a simulation model of the spiral discharging mechanism,with the discharge volume of the advancing process used as the test index,the height of the feed inlet opening as the factor,and the single-factor test method used to analyze the simulation results.The results show that with the increase in the height of the feed inlet opening,the discharge volume per unit time with a fixed forward speed has a continuous increase trend,and the feed flow adjustment function of the spiral discharging mechanism can be realized.
