摘　　要：畜牧业是农业经济的重要组成部分。2020年数据显示,我国肉类人均占有量超过世界平均水平,但低于欧美发达国家,禽蛋人均占有量达到发达国家水平,肉蛋奶的供应关乎百姓“菜篮子”安全。但畜牧业仍存在着相关产业体系发展质量效益不高、产品质量和安全性问题仍然存在、资源和环境约束日趋严峻、支持保障体系不健全、抵御风险能力偏弱等突出问题。畜禽产业是我国农业经济的重要支柱产业,实施畜禽产业转型升级创新工程,将有利于引领我国畜禽产业转型,适应畜禽养殖新形势和推动供给侧改革,对满足人民不断提高的优质动物蛋白产品需求、对美好生活的向往具有重大而深远的战略意义。本文就畜牧业相关问题和促进其高质量发展的技术与实现路径做一探讨。Animal husbandry is an important part of modern agriculture. At present, the per capita share of meat in China has exceeded the world average, and the per capita share of poultry and eggs has reached the level of developed countries. The supply of meat, eggs and milk is related to the safety of people’s "vegetable basket". However, there are still some prominent problems in animal husbandry, such as the low quality and efficiency of the development of relevant industrial systems, the problems of product quality and safety, the increasingly severe constraints on resources and environment, the imperfect support and guarantee system, and the weak ability to resist risks. Livestock and poultry industry is an important pillar industry of China’s agricultural economy. The implementation of the transformation,upgrading and innovation project of livestock and poultry industry will help lead the transformation of China’s livestock and poultry industry, adapt to the new situation of livestock and poultry breeding and promote supply side reform. It is of great and far-reaching strategic significance to meet the people’s increasing demand for high-quality animal protein products and yearn for a better life. This paper discusses the problems related to animal husbandry and the technology and realization path to promote its high-quality development.
