摘　　要：绿色可持续发展是城市更新的核心,推动居民参与是城市老旧小区改造项目成功的关键。本文基于"共同缔造"理念,通过居民意愿调查与分析,利用灰色关联法建立绿色可持续改造指标体系,构建表达改造项目与居民生活满意度之间影响关系的结构模型,应用SEM模型路径分析,明确各改造项目的影响显著性大小,了解居民对绿色可持续项目改造意愿程度,动态调整改造方案。研究表明:外部建筑结构、内部功能空间、公共基础设施、交通场地、系统设备改造、小区环境改造项目对居民生活满意度有显著的正向影响,而海绵小区改造对居民生活满意度影响不显著,进而提出老旧小区绿色可持续改造方案优化的对策建议。Green and sustainable development is the core of urban renewal, and promoting residents’ participation is the key to the success of urban old community reconstruction projects. Based on the concept of "co-creation", this paper uses the gray correlation method to establish a green sustainable renovation index system through the survey and analysis of residents’ wishes, constructs a structural model that expresses the relationship between renovation projects and residents’ life satisfaction, and applies SEM model path analysis. Clarify the significance of the impact of each renovation project, understand the residents’ willingness to rebuild green and sustainable projects, and dynamically adjust the renovation plan. Research shows that: external building structure, internal functional space, public infrastructure, transportation sites, system equipment renovation, and community environmental renovation projects have a significant positive impact on residents’ life satisfaction, while sponge community renovation has no significant impact on residents’ life satisfaction, And then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of the green and sustainable renovation plan of the old community.
