摘  要:目前针对南方地区冬季的供暖要求,国内已开发出多种新型地面辐射供暖系统,但至今缺乏对新型地暖的供热效果进行系统研究,导致实际工程中供暖质量难以保障.因此,文中针对新型地暖,通过数值模拟的方法,研究了地暖结构、供回水平均温度及管间距三种因素对地暖传热量的影响.结果表明:在室内空气计算温度为18℃,供回水平均温度分别取为30℃、40℃、50℃以及管间距分别取为100 mm、150 mm、200 mm时,不带填充层的沟槽保温板地面辐射供暖系统的稳态散热量明显高于传统地暖及其它新型地暖.此外,随着供回水平均温度的增加,其散热量增加的最大,热损失增加的最小,而随着管间距的增加,其散热量减少的程度与其它地暖结构相同,但热损失值减少的最小.因此,不带填充层的沟槽保温板地面辐射供暖系统具有良好的散热性能,是南方地区最具有潜力大力推广的一种新型地暖方式.At present,in response to the heating requirements of southern region in winter,a variety of new floor radiant heating systems have been developed in China,but so far,there is still scarcely systematic research on the heating effects of new type of floor heating,which makes it difficult to guarantee the heating quality in some practical projects.Therefore,aiming at the new type of floor heating,this paper studied the effects of three factors,structure of floor heating,the average temperature of the supply and return water and the pipe spacing,on the heat transfer of the floor heating through numerical simulation.The results show that when the indoor air calculated temperature was set at 18℃,the average temperature of the supply and return water was set at 30℃,40℃and 50℃respectively and the pipe spacing was set at 100 mm,150 mm and 200 mm respectively,the steady-state heat transfer performance of the floor radiant heating system which was equipped with grooved heat-insulating board without filler course was obviously larger than traditional floor radiant heating and other new type of floor radiant heating.In addition,with the increase of the average temperature of the supply and return water,it showed the biggest increase in upward heat release and the smallest increase in downward heat loss.And with the increase of the pipe spacing,the decreasing degree of its heat release was as same as that of other floor heating structures,while the decrease of its heat loss was the smallest.Therefore,the floor radiant heating system which was equipped with grooved heat-insulating board without filler course has a better performance of heat release,it is a new floor radiant heating method which has the potential to be vigorously promoted in southern China.
