摘  要:管内气液两相流动因传热的复杂性与流动的不稳定性限制了换热关联式的研究.与管内单相流动相比,管内气液两相流换热关联式的研究并不成熟.已有的换热关联式也因适用范围、运行工况等因素有较大差异,因此在选择换热关联式时需要格外慎重.文中将现有的管内气液两相流换热关联式进行了归纳分析,介绍了不区分流型与区分流型的换热经验关联式以及理论关联式,为换热器的设计提供参考依据.Because of the complexity of heat transfer and the instability of flow,the study of heat transfer correlation is limited.Compared with the single-phase flow in the tube,the research on the heat transfer correlation of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the tube is not mature.The existing heat exchange correlations are also quite different due to factors such as scope of application and operating conditions,so it is necessary to be extra cautious in selecting heat exchange correlations.In this paper,the existing heat transfer correlations of gas-liquid two-phase flow in pipe are summarized and analyzed,the empirical and theoretical correlations about whether to distinguish flow pattern are introduced,which provides a reference basis for the design of heat exchanger.
