欠发达地区老工业城市制造业转型发展探析——以蚌埠市为例

摘　　要：立足新发展阶段,利用科技创新条件实现欠发达地区老工业城市制造业转型发展是可行路径。以安徽省蚌埠市为例,老工业城市要发挥科技创新优势,建立健全以人才为核心、产业园和科技创新平台为载体的支撑体系。在科技创新路径上多措并举,包括构建产业路径、扩展协同路径、完善保障路径和优化治理路径,以科技创新推动欠发达地区老工业城市制造业转型发展。In such a new development stage,scientific and technological innovation constitutes a feasible option to realize the transformational development of manufacturing industry in those old industrial cities in underdeveloped areas. Such traditional industrial cities as Bengbu,should give full play to the advantages of scientific innovation,and establish supporting mechanisms with talents-oriented cultivation and industrial parks and innovation platforms as the carrier. The paper also puts forward suggestions for industrial transformational development in those traditional industrial cities,including taking various measures to promote the development of manufacturing industry,seeking new directions for industrial development, expansion of synergetic potentials, improvement of social security and enhancement of social management.
