摘　　要：中国特色社会主义开创了政治发展新道路,创造了人类政治文明新形态。中国的民主理论创新和民主实践创造,超越了西方政治发展理论和政治制度模式,确立了新的民主政治的坐标,蕴含着对民主政治发展的规律性认识,指向人类政治文明发展的正道。有必要明确提出建设"民主中国"的命题,构建"民主中国"理论语话体系,打破西方"民主"话语垄断。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has created a new road of political development and a new form ofhuman political civilization. China’s innovation in democratic theory and practice has transcended the Westernpolitical development theories and political system models and established new coordinates of democratic poli-tics, which contains an understanding of the regularity of the development of democratic politics and points tothe right path of human political civilization. It is necessary to clearly put forward the proposition of buildinga “democratic China”, construct a theoretical discourse system of “democratic China”, and break the mo-nopoly of the Western “democratic” discourse.
