摘  要:抑郁症是常见的神经精神疾病之一,因其高患病率、复发率和自杀率而受到广泛关注。以往研究认为,星形胶质细胞在抑郁症病理生理过程中发挥重要功能,但星形胶质细胞参与抑郁症发病的具体机制尚不完全清楚。内源性大麻素系统与神经精神疾病密切相关,尤其是在焦虑和抑郁等情感障碍的治疗中发挥着重要作用。大麻素受体1(cannabinoid receptor type 1,CB1R)作为内源性大麻素系统中的重要组成部分,其在抑郁症中的作用受到广泛关注。研究发现,CB1R可表达于星形胶质细胞,其可能通过调节星形胶质细胞的功能活动来参与抑郁症的发生、发展。因此,本文旨在回顾内源性大麻素系统的组成、CB1R和星形胶质细胞在治疗抑郁症中的作用、CB1R参与调节星形胶质细胞功能的研究进展进行综述。Depression is one of the common neuropsychiatric diseases that has received broad attention due to its high prevalence,recurrence rate and suicide rate.Previous studies suggested that astrocytes play an essential role in the pathophysiological process of depression.The endocannabinoid system is closely associated with numerous neuropsychiatric diseases,especially in the treatment of affective disorders such as anxiety and depression.Cannabinoid receptor type 1 is an important component of the endocannabinoid system and its role in depression has received extensive attention.Furthermore,cannabinoid receptor type1 can be expressed in astrocytes,and it may participate in the occurrence and development of depression through regulating the functional activities of astrocytes.Thus,this article aims to systemically review the composition of the endocannabinoid system,the roles of cannabinoid receptor type 1 and astrocytes in the treatment of depression,and the role of cannabinoid receptor type 1 in regulating astrocytes.
