探索新时代强军事业记载的路径——以《中国军事年鉴》编纂规划为例

摘　　要：编纂《中国军事年鉴》对于填补我国国家级综合性军事年鉴的空白,繁荣军事年鉴事业具有重要作用。搞好《中国军事年鉴》编纂的顶层设计,明确编纂工作的总体思路和基本方法,充分做好编纂的准备工作,是确保编纂工作顺利启动和有序推进的基础。因此,应深入论证、充分认识编纂的重要意义,科学设立编纂的指导思想,正确界定编纂的基本原则,把握编纂工作的正确方向;应科学设计、合理确定编纂规模和装帧形式,科学设定框架,严格限定内容收录和记述范围,以确保编纂内容系统规范;应精心组织,明确各级职责任务,搞好信息资料收集整理,注重编纂队伍建设,以推动编纂工作有序展开。The compilation of Chinese Military Yearbook exerts an important effect on developing the cause of the military yearbooks, it has filled the gaps in the national comprehensive military yearbooks of China. To ensure the smooth start and orderly progress of the Chinese Military Yearbook compilation, a top-level design, an overall ideas, basic approaches, and adequate preparation are needed. Therefore, it is necessary to verify scientifically, fully understand the importance of the compilation, scientifically established the guiding principle, correctly define the basic principles and identify the right direction of the yearbook compilation. It should be scientifically designed with reasonable compiling scale and binding form, scientifically set the framework. And the scope of recording content should be within a strict limit, so as to ensure the content is systematically standardized. We should organize the compilation carefully, clarify the responsibilities and tasks at all level, assemble and sort out information and materials, pay attention to the construction of the compilers to promote the orderly development of the compilation.
