摘  要:采用正相硅胶柱色谱、反相C_(18)柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及半制备型高效液相等方法从罗平晾晒烟(Nicotiana tabacum.)95%乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物.通过现代波谱学技术鉴定化合物的结构分别(1)Cis-abienol,(2)(-)-α-tocospirone,(3)α-tocospiros B,(4)α-tocospiros A,(5)(1S,2E,4-R,6E,8R,11S)-8,11-epoxy-2,6,12(20)-cembratrien-4ol,(6)(1S,2E,4R,6E,8S,11E)-2,6,11-cembratrien-4,8-diol,(7)(1S,2E,4R,7S)-11,12-epoxy-2,8(19)-cembradiene-4,7-diol,(8)Nicotabin A,(9)Stigmasterol,(10)Scopolin,(11)Indole-3-carboxylic acid,(12)α,β-dipyridyl,并对它们进行体外抗HeLa肿瘤活性初步筛选,发现化合物10和12对HeLa细胞增殖具有抑制作用,抑制率分别为20.38%和15.05%.Twelve compounds were isolated from the 95%ethanol extract of the sun/air-cured tobacco of Luoping by normal phase silica gel,C_(18),sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative high-performance liquid phase(HPLC).Their structures were identified by modern spectroscopic techniques as(1)Cis-abienol,(2)(-)-α-tocospirone,(3)α-tocospiros B,(4)α-tocospiros A,(5)(1S,2E,4-R,6E,8R,11S)-8,11-epoxy-2,6,12(20)-cembratrien-4ol,(6)(1S,2E,4R,6E,8S,11E)-2,6,11-cembratrien-4,8-diols,(7)(1S,2E,4R,7S)-11,12-epoxy-2,8(19)-cembradiene-4,7-diol,(8)Nicotabin A,(9)Stigmasterol,(10)Scopolin,(11)Indole-3-carboxylic acid,(12)α,β-dipyridyl.In addition,compounds 10 and 12 had inhibitory effects on the proliferation of HeLa cells at the concentration of 50μmol/L with inhibitory rates of 20.38%and 15.05%,respectively.
