摘  要:以聚乳酸二元醇为软段、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和亲水扩链剂2,2-二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为硬段、新癸酸镁为催化剂、三乙胺为中和剂,丙酮法制备可降解水性聚氨酯(WPU).采用IR、DLS、DSC、XRD、水热法快速降解实验等表征手段,研究DMBA用量对WPU结构、粒径、热力学、结晶度、固含量、贮存稳定性、可降解性等的影响.IR图谱证明制备的WPU结构正确,贮存稳定性大于6个月;DMBA用量越大,WPU粒径越小(最小为28.18 nm),固含量越低;聚乳酸基WPU的T_(g)较PLA稍高,为非晶态结构;高温、小粒径、酸性和碱性环境提高薄膜的降解程度,碱性比酸性环境降解程度高,一定条件下质量损失率高达100%.其有望在生物医学材料领域有很好的应用及推广价值.Water-soluble polyurethane(WPU)was prepared by acetone method with polylactic dihydric alcohol as soft segment,isoferone diisocyanate(IPDI)and hydrophilic chain extender 2,2-dihydroxymethyl-butyric acid(DMBA)as hard segment,new magnesium decanoate as catalyst and triethylamine as neutralizer.The effects of the dosage of DMBA on the structure,particle size,thermodynamics,crystallinity,solid content,storage stability and degradability of WPU were studied by IR,DLS,DSC,XRD and hydrothermal rapid degradation experiments.The structure of the prepared WPU is correct and the storage stability is more than 6 months.The larger the dosage of DMBA,the smaller the particle size of WPU(the minimum is 28.18 nm),and the lower the solid content.The T_(g) of polylactide WPU is slightly higher than that of PLA,and its structure is amorphous.High temperature,small particle size,acidic and alkaline environment can improve the degradation degree of the film,and the degradation degree of the alkaline environment is higher than that of the acid environment,and the mass loss rate is up to 100%under certain conditions.It is expected to have a good application and promotion value in the field of biomedical materials.
