摘  要:前轴是重型载重车底盘中的关键零部件,跟汽车的行驶安全密切相关。目前,重型载重车前轴的疲劳寿命一般采用图估计法,用大量试验样本数据作为疲劳寿命预测依据,推导出疲劳寿命计算公式。但受制于成本、开发周期,采集的试验样本有限,图估计法得到的结果与实际值误差较大,并不能反映前轴疲劳寿命真实水平。作者提出一种基于Bayes方法的疲劳寿命评估方法,该方法结合样本的先验信息与试验数据构造的似然函数,得出疲劳寿命计算方法。并利用MATLAB生成1000个服从Weibull分布的伪随机样本,随机选择5组小样本数据,分别用图估计法和Bayes法计算概率密度,经与由1000个样本得出的概率密度对比得出,在小样本时,Bayes方法得到的值误差更小,可将Bayes法应用于重型载重轻量化前轴疲劳寿命评估。The front axle for heavy duty truck is the key component which is closely relate to driving safety.Now the evaluation is carried out with the graph estimation method based on many experimental data of fatigue life.Because of the cost and development period,the experimental data collected are limited.It leads the error between the result obtained by the graph estimation method and the actual value is large.This result does not reflect the true level of fatigue life about the front axle.Aiming at the problem of small samples size,a fatigue life evaluation method based on Bayes is proposed.The method combined the prior information of the samples with the test data structure of the likelihood function,deduced the calculation formula of fatigue life.Generate 1000pseudo-random samples subject to Weibull distribution by MATLAB,then 5groups samples were chose randomly as small sample size.The probability density is calculated by graph estimation method and Bayes method respectively derived by small sample size.After comparison between two methods,it proved that the error of the Bayes method is smaller when small samples size.Bayes method is applied to the assessment of fatigue life about front axle for heavy duty Truck.
