摘 要:文章对无捻纱毛巾与普通棉起圈毛巾的吸水率、芯吸高度、蒸发速率、脱毛率、拉伸断裂强力、耐磨性、硬挺度等性能指标进行了测试,试验结果表明:无捻纱毛巾吸水性、柔软度指标要优于普通棉起圈毛巾,拉伸断裂强力与普通起圈毛巾接近,脱毛率、耐磨相较普通起圈毛巾差,可通过工艺控制改善无捻纱毛巾的脱毛率和耐摩擦性能。This paper compared the performance of non-twist yarn towel and pure cotton towel by testing the water absorption rate,core suction height,evaporation rate,depilation rate,tensile breaking strength,abrasion resistance and stiffness,etc.Results showed that the indicators of untwisted yarn towel in the aspects of water absorption,flexibility were better than those of ordinary cotton looped towel,the indicator of tensile breaking strength was similar with that of ordinary cotton looped towel,hair removal rate and abrasion resistance were poorer than those of ordinary cotton looped towel,which can be enhanced by process control.
