摘　　要：文章通过对涡流纺19.7 tex粘胶中空性能纱生产实践的探讨,总结了其生产经验和设计要点,介绍了工艺参数设置与优化方法。该涡流纺中空纱芯纱采用水溶性维纶长丝,外侧包覆粘胶短纤维。芯纱维纶长丝在后道工序上浆或者染色时遇热水溶解,只剩外层粘胶短纤维,使其纱线重量变轻,手感变柔软,极大地改善了涡流纺纱线手感偏硬的缺点,纱线增加的空隙可以储存静止空气,增加了织物的保暖性能。In this paper,the production practice of 19.7 tex viscose hollow performance yarn by vortex spinning was discussed,and its production experience and design points were summarized.The core yarn was made of water-soluble vinylon filament and coated with viscose staple fiber.Core yarn dissolved in hot water when sizing or dyeing in the following process,leaving only the outer viscous staple fiber,which made the yarn lighter in weight and softer in hand feel,greatly improved the disadvantage of hard hand feel of vortex spinning yarn.The extra voids in the fabric can store still air,which increased the fabric’s thermal properties.
