摘　　要：论述了圆盘剪设备在安钢1550 mm冷轧带钢生产中的应用情况,对酸轧、连退及重卷机组圆盘剪设备进行技术对比,并对各机组圆盘剪出现的具有普遍性、典型性故障原因进行分析并给出改进措施。实践表明,通过工艺改进和设备参数优化,有效减少了设备事故,提高了设备作业率,降低了备件消耗。The application of disc shear for 1550mm cold rolled strip mill at Anyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.is discussed.The technical comparison of disc shear in acid rolling,continuous rolling and rewinding units is made.The universal and typical failure reasons of disc shear in each unit are analyzed and the improvement measures are given.Practice shows that through process improvement and equipment parameter optimization,equipment faults are effectively reduced,equipment operation rate is improved,and spare part consumption is reduced.
