摘　　要：目的 探讨丁苯酞联合阿加曲班治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年6月我院收治的150例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组采用常规治疗+丁苯酞治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿加曲班治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的S100-β、NSE水平均低于对照组,BDNF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的VILIP-1水平低于对照组,SDF-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 丁苯酞联合阿加曲班治疗急性脑梗死的效果显著,能够促进患者神经功能改善,下调VILIP-1水平和提高SDF-1水平,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of butylphthalide combined with argatroban in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment +butylphthalide, and the observation group was treated with argatroban on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of S100-β and NSE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the level of BDNF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the level of VILIP-1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, while the level of SDF-1 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with argatroban in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has a significant effect, it can promote the improvement of patients’ neurological function, down-regulate the level of VILIP-1 and improve the level of SDF-1, which is worthy of promotion.
