摘　　要：目的 分析利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的效果及对氧化应激指标的影响。方法 回顾性选取2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的96例肥胖型2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法将其分为利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗组(联合治疗组)和二甲双胍单独治疗组(单独治疗组),各48例。比较两组患者的BMI、血糖指标、临床疗效、氧化应激指标水平、胰岛素用量及血糖达标时间。结果 治疗后,联合治疗组的BMI、HbA1c、FPG、2 h PG水平均低于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的治疗总有效率高于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合治疗组的T-AOC、GSH-Px水平均高于单独治疗组,LHP、MDA水平均低于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的胰岛素用量显著少于单独治疗组,血糖达标时间显著短于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 相较于二甲双胍单独治疗,利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的效果显著,能有效改善患者的氧化应激状态。Objective To analyze the effect of liraglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of obese type 2diabetes mellitus and its influence on oxidative stress indexes. Methods A total of 96 patients with obese type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were retrospectively selected as the study objects.According to the treatment methods, the patients were divided into liraglutide combined with metformin treatment group(combined treatment group) and metformin alone treatment group(single treatment group), with 48 cases in each group.The BMI, blood glucose indexes, clinical efficacy, oxidative stress indexes levels, insulin dosage and time of blood glucose reaching standard were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the BMI, HbA1c, FPG and 2 h PG levels in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the single treatment group(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of T-AOC and GSH-Px in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the single treatment group, while the levels of LHP and MDA were lower than those in the single treatment group(P <0.05). The insulin dosage in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the single treatment group, and the time of blood glucose reaching standard was significantly shorter than that in the single treatment group(P <0.05).Conclusion Compared with metformin alone, liraglutide combined with metformin has a significant effect in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can effectively improve the oxidative stress state of patients.
