摘　　要：目的 分析穴位针刺配合氨酚待因片、吸氧治疗对紧张性头痛患者头痛症状及睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取我院2019年1月至2019年11月收治的90例紧张性头痛患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案差异将其分为常规组与观察组,各45例。常规组给予常规氨酚待因片+吸氧治疗,观察组在常规组基础上给予穴位针刺疗法。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 治疗后,观察组的ACA、MCA、PCA、VA、BA血流速度最大值均大于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的NTF及5-HT水平高于常规组,AngⅡ、MEK及IL-8水平均低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的VAS、PSQI、症状、HAMA、HAMD评分均低于常规组,SF-36评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 穴位针刺配合氨酚待因片、吸氧治疗在紧张性头痛患者中的应用效果显著,可有效改善脑血流灌注及脑神经营养指标,缓解临床症状,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effects of acupoint acupuncture combined with parcetamol and codeine phosphate tablets and oxygen inhalation therapy on headache symptom and sleep quality in patients with tension-type headache.Methods A total of 90 patients with tension-type headache treated in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2019were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into routine group and observation group according to the difference of treatment scheme, with 45 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with routine parcetamol and codeine phosphate tablets + oxygen inhalation therapy, and the observation group was treated with acupoint acupuncture on the basis of the routine group. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, maximum blood flow velocity of ACA, MCA, PCA, VA and BA in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of NTF and 5-HT in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group, and the levels of Ang Ⅱ, MEK and IL-8 were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of VAS,PSQI, symptom, HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group, and the score of SF-36 was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint acupuncture combined with parcetamol and codeine phosphate tablets and oxygen inhalation therapy in patients with tension-type headache has a significant application effect, it can effectively ameliorate cerebral blood flow perfusion and cerebral neurotrophic indexes, alleviate clinical symptom and improve quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
