摘  要:2020年,我国明确提出二氧化碳排放力争2030年前达到峰值,力争2060年前实现碳中和。发展新能源产业是实现双碳目标的重要途径。常州位于江苏南部,以光伏、锂电池为新能源产业的代表,常州新能源产业集群的总体规模和技术水平居全球前列。然而常州新能源产业的绿色可持续发展仍存在一定的瓶颈、问题和挑战。论文以常州新能源产业如何实现可持续发展为研究对象,在对常州的光伏和锂电池产业开展实地调研的基础上,提出双碳目标下,常州新能源产业优化产业布局,推动产业升级;优化营商环境,推进项目实施;加强多元合作,创新管理体制的可持续发展对策。In 2020,China clearly put forward that carbon dioxide emission will reach the peak by 2030,strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.Developing new energy industry is an important way to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.Changzhou is located in the south of Jiangsu,with photovoltaic and lithium battery as the representatives of new energy industries.The overall scale and technical level of Changzhou's new energy industry cluster ranks among the top in the world.However,there are still some existing bottlenecks,problems and challenges in the green and sustainable development of Changzhou's new energy industry.Taking how to achieve sustainable development of Changzhou's new energy industry as the research object,based on the field investigation of Changzhou's photovoltaic industry and lithium battery industry,this paper puts forward the sustainable development countermeasures of Changzhou's new energy industry under carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,including optimizing industrial layout,promoting industrial upgrading,optimizing business environment,promoting project implementation,strengthening diversified cooperation,and innovating the management system.
