北京市大规模群体性预防接种冷链容积需求增加的应对模式探索

摘　　要：北京市自2007年起每年10-11月份为户籍60岁及以上老年人和中小学生免费接种流感疫苗。2019年的接种数据显示,10月份北京市疫苗接种量为183.39万剂,是其余常规接种月平均接种量的2.59倍。接种量的增多,使疫苗储存运输的冷链容积需求也相应增多。本研究通过对预防接种门诊的实地调查,与北京市区级疾病预防控制中心冷链工作负责人访谈,收集冷链运行和管理情况,采用描述性分析方法,对北京市2019年季节性流感疫苗接种时,各区冷链容积需求激增的应对方法进行描述。目前北京市以三种方式应对冷链需求激增,包括增加预防接种门诊冷藏设备、充分利用区级疾病预防控制中心现有冷链设备、购买社会化服务。通过梳理2019年北京市在季节性流感疫苗大规模群体性预防接种时的冷链运行模式,为各地区应对大规模临时性接种中的冷链配置提供思路。Since 2007,the elderly people over 60 years of age and students in elementary school and middle were administered Flu vaccines by free every October and November in Beijing.In October 2019,a total of 1 833 900 doses were administered in Beijing,which was 2.59 times of the average routine monthly vaccination.Because of the amount of vaccination doses increasing,the requirements of vaccine-cold-chain capacity were corresponded increase.The cold chain mode was collected through field investigations and interviews with the person in charge of cold chain work in the district CDC.A descriptive analysis method was used to describe the solution of increase cold chain demand of seasonal influenza mass vaccination in each district of Beijing during 2019.There were three ways to satisfy the cold chain demand in October in Beijing,including increasing cold storage equipment for vaccination clinics,making full use of the existing cold chain equipment of the district centers for disease control and prevention(CDC),and purchasing social services to increase the frequency of distribution.By sorting out the cold chain operation mode of seasonal influenza vaccination in Beijing,it provides ideas for solutions to increase vaccine-cold-chain capacity demanded in mass temporary vaccination.
