沪宁高速港湾式救援点关键参数设计及应用研究

摘　　要：随着经济快速发展,公众出行量剧烈增长,高速公路拥堵日益加剧,高速公路的运营管理难度不断增加。文章分析现行规范中港湾式应急停靠带的相关规定,依托沪宁高速无锡段港湾式救援点工程项目,对港湾式应急救援点的关键参数进行研究设计,计算具体参考建议值;结合港湾式救援点的运营管理经验,评估其使用效果;针对港湾式救援点的功能属性界面划分提出建议,为高速公路港湾式救援点的合理设计提供参考。With the rapid economic development,the amount of public travel has increased dramatically,the congestion of expressways has increased,and the difficulty of expressway operation and management has continued to increase.The paper analyzes the relevant provisions of the harbor-type emergency berthing zone in the current code,relies on the harbor-type rescue point project of the Wuxi section of Shanghai—Nanjing Expressway,studies and designs the key parameters of the harbor-type emergency rescue point,and calculates the specific reference and suggested values.Based on the operation and management experience of the expressway,evaluate its use effect.Put forward suggestions for the interface division of the function and attribute of the harbor-type rescue point,and provide a reference for the reasonable design of the expressway harbor-type rescue point.
