摘 要:亚洲玉米螟是玉米的主要害虫,为制定玉米螟安全、高效的绿色防控技术方案,2018-2019年连续2 a开展性诱剂与种衣剂联合应用防治玉米螟的田间试验,并比较了不同剂量种衣剂拌种的防治效果。结果表明:2018年玉米乳熟期单个诱捕器诱捕的玉米螟成虫数量为11.61-16.77头;2019年成虫诱捕数量显著降低,单个诱捕器诱捕量为2.14-3.05头。每100 kg玉米种子用400 mL种衣剂拌种效果最好,大喇叭口期玉米受害株率为0.16%,防治效果达到85.45%;2018年、2019年乳熟期玉米螟幼虫防治效果分别为47.31%和61.11%,2019年单个玉米穗的玉米螟幼虫平均虫量较2018年减少89.78%。连续应用性诱剂和诱捕器可以持续控制玉米螟的种群数量,而且播种时适当提高种衣剂的使用剂量能有效减轻玉米螟的为害。Asian corn borer(Ostrinia furnacalis)is an important pest of corn.In order to develop the safe and efficient measures to control this pest,from 2018 to 2019,the field trials on the combined application of sex attractants and seed coating agents to control corn borer were carried out for two consecutive years.The control effects of seed dressing with different doses of seed coating agent were compared.The results indicated that the number of corn borer adults trapped by each trap at the milk ripening stage of corn was 11.61-16.77 in 2018,while the number of adult traps decreased significantly in 2019,and 2.14-3.05 adults were trapped by each trap.400 mL seed coating agent was used for every 100 kg of corn seeds,which had the best effect.The damaged plant rate of corn at big bell stage was 0.16%,and the control effect reached 85.45%.In 2018 and 2019,the control effects of corn borer larvae at milk ripening stage were 47.31%and 61.11%respectively.In 2019,the average number of corn borer larvae per ear decreased by 89.78%-92.38%compared with 2018.Continuous application of sex attractants and traps can continuously control the population of corn borer.At the same time,appropriately increasing the dose of seed coating agent during sowing can effectively reduce the harm of corn borer.
