摘  要:为了创制适合河北省坝上地区种植的藜麦优良种质资源,更好地推动藜麦产业的发展,以GT283为亲本,利用辐射吸收剂量30 Gy的60Co对种子进行辐射诱变,采用系谱法选择与定向选择相结合的方法,选育出适合坝上地区种植的优质、高产、适宜机械化生产的藜麦新品种“燕藜2号”。对燕藜2号的研究背景、育种目标、育种过程、特征特性和产量表现进行了阐述,并对栽培技术和育种体会进行了简要介绍。In order to create excellent quinoa germplasm resources suitable for planting in Bashang area,Hebei Province,and promote the development of quinoa industry,using GT283 as parent,60Co with radiation absorp-tion dose of 30 Gy was used to mutate the seeds.A new quinoa variety Yanli No.2 with high quality,high yield and suitable for mechanized production was selected by the combination of pedigree selection and directional se-lection.The research background,breeding objectives,breeding process,characteristics and yield performance of Yanli No.2 were described,and the cultivation techniques and breeding experience were also briefly introduced.
