摘 要:以苯丙乳液为成膜物,复配不同粒径中空玻璃珠为主要填料,制备了一种可以长期耐受150℃高温、短时间耐受180℃高温的隔热保温涂料。对涂层各项性能等进行了测试,测试结果表明,本水性隔热保温涂料可采用无气喷涂、刷涂和辊涂,施工简单方便易操作,单道喷涂2000μm不流挂,干燥过程中不开裂、不起泡、不脱落,该涂料最优配比的导热系数达0.06 W(/m·K),具备良好的隔热保温性能。对涂层隔热性能的原理进行了研究,发现中空玻璃珠的复配有利于提高涂料的保温隔热性能,助溶剂和纳米隔热填料等是提高涂料施工性能的关键。经实际应用证实,其可用于电厂高温蒸汽运输管道、食品加工厂和石油炼化厂的管道、储罐等工业领域的隔热保温。Styrene-acrylic emulsion was used as film-forming material, and hollow glass beads with different particle sizes were used as main filler to prepare a kind of waterborne thermal insulating coatings which can endure 150℃ for a long period and 180℃ for a short period. Various coatings properties were tested. The test results show the waterborne thermal insulating coatings can be airless sprayed, brushed painted and roll painted. It is simple and easy to apply with a single sprayed coatings layer thickness of 2 000 μm without sagging. There was no cracking, no blistering and no detachment during the drying process. The thermal conductivity of the coatings with optimal proportions reaches 0.06 W/(m·K), showing good thermal insulation performance. The principle of the thermal insulation performance of the coatings is studied. It is found that the combination of different hollow glass beads contributes to improving the thermal insulation performance of the coatings. Co-solvent and nano thermal insulating filler are key to improving coatings application performance. Actual application cases prove that the coatings can be used for thermal insulation in industrial fields such as power plants’ high temperature steam transportation pipelines, food processing plants, petroleum refinery plants’ pipelines and storage tanks.
