摘 要:通过机械共混的方式将水性环氧树脂与硅丙乳胶进行复配,并添加防腐颜料、填料及各种助剂制备出一种自分层水性轻防腐涂料。将制得的环氧–硅丙复合涂层进行表征,发现纯环氧涂层的水接触角为56°、纯硅丙涂层的水接触角为91°,而环氧树脂与硅丙乳胶经过2∶1、1∶1、1∶2这3个不同比例复配所得的涂层的水接触角分别为87°、89°、90°,在通过表面能理论计算后也预测了复合涂层的自分层现象。测试上述复合树脂制备的水性轻防腐涂料的防腐性能,结果表明,复合涂层在经过120 h耐盐雾测试后涂膜无异常,力学性能优异,符合轻防腐涂料的性能要求。Waterborne epoxy resin was remixed with silicone-acrylic latex through mechanical mixing,and a kind of self-layered waterborne light anticorrosive coatings was prepared with anticorrosive pigments,fillers and various additives.By characterizing the epoxy-silicone-acrylic composite coatings prepared,it was found that the water contact angles of the coatings obtained under the remixing proportions of 2:1,1:1 and 1:2 were 87°,89°and 90°while the water contact angle of pure epoxy coatings was 56°and the water contact angle of pure silicone-acrylic coatings was 91°.Self-stratification of the composite coatings was also predicted after calculation through the surface energy theory.The anticorrosion performance of the waterborne light anticorrosive coatings prepared with the above composite resin was tested.The results showed that the composite coatings after the 120 h salt fog resistance test had excellent mechanical performance and met the performance requirements for light anticorrosive coatings.
