摘  要:以92^(#)汽油作溶剂,采用1份的甲基含氢硅油对中低品质的聚磷酸铵(APP)阻燃剂进行表面包覆处理,在80℃、4 h的条件下对处理样品进行干燥,测试表明,这能够使阻燃剂由亲水性变为疏水性,提高了样品的流动性能,同时降低了阻燃剂的水中溶解度,并提高了其热失重温度,APP阻燃剂的综合品质提升明显。将包覆处理后的APP阻燃剂在丙烯酸涂料中进行对比应用实验,采用大板燃烧进行阻燃测试发现,经甲基含氢硅油包覆处理的APP阻燃剂配制而成的阻燃丙烯酸涂料,其燃烧后膨胀炭层发泡高、结构致密、炭层不易脱落,具有较好的阻燃保护效果。With 92^(#) gasoline as solvent,hydrogen-containing methyl silicone oil was used to coat the surface of medium-and low-quality ammonium phosphate(APP) flame retardant.The treated sample was dried at 80 ℃ for 4 h to change the flame retardant from hydrophilic to hydrophobic.The test results show that the treatment improved the flow performance of the flame retardant,reduced the solubility of the flame retardant in water,and increased its thermal weight loss temperature.The overall quality of the APP was improved significantly.A comparative application test of the coated APP was carried out in acrylic coatings,and a flammability test was carried out according to the big panel burning method.The results showed the sample had a high foaming and compact expanded carbon layer after combustion.The carbon layer did not easily fall off and had a good flameretardant protection effect.
