数字减影血管造影检查下介入治疗对糖尿病外周血管病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)检查下介入治疗对糖尿病外周血管病变的临床效果。方法:选取2019年4月—2020年10月聊城市第三人民医院收治的糖尿病外周血管病变患者88例,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各44例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受D S A造影检查下介入治疗,对比两组临床效果、并发症发生率、临床症状改善情况及疼痛评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床症状缓解情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将DSA造影检查下介入治疗运用至糖尿病外周血管病变患者中效果显著,临床症状明显改善,并发症发生率低,利于患者的预后,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of interventional therapy on diabetic peripheral vascular disease under DSA examination.Methods A total of 88 patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease admitted to Liaocheng Third People's Hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44).The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received interventional therapy under DSA angiography.The clinical effect,incidence of complications,improvement of clinical symptoms and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the complication rate was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom relief of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interventional treatment under DSA angiography to patients with diabetic peripheral angiopathy has achieved significant effect,significantly improved clinical symptoms,and low complication rate,which is conducive to the prognosis of patients,and is worthy of application in clinical practice.
