乳腺增生症自动全容积超声结合中医辨证与病理对照研究

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨自动乳腺全容积成像(automated breast volume scanner,ABVS)结合中医辨证对高危乳腺增生症的量化诊断价值。方法:本研究分析2018年7月—2019年5月暨南大学附属广州红十字会医院收治的34例乳腺增生症患者,通过ABVS检查及中医辨证,与病灶病理结果进行分组比较。结果:病理类型与中医辨证、超声分型的BI-RADS分类没有显著差异(P>0.05)。25~44岁青年组与45~75岁中老年组中医辨证以及ABVS检查有显著统计学差异(P<0.05),青年组以肝郁气滞多见,超声BIRADS以3类多见,中老年组多见冲任失调、痰瘀互结,超声BI-RADS多见4A、4B类。结论:乳腺增生症在不同年龄组有良恶性差别,ABVS检查及中医辨证须要结合年龄段分组判断乳腺增生症,区分乳腺高危病变。Objective Preliminary discussion of automated breast volume scanner(ABVS),Combined with traditional chinese medicine syndrome to quantify the diagnosis of high-risk breast hyperplasia.Methods This study analyzed 34 patients with breast hyperplasia treated in Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University from July 2018 to May 2019 through ABVS examination and TCM syndrome differentiation,and compared them with pathological results of lesions in groups.Result The differences of pathological types and TCM syndrome types,ultrasound classification,BI-RADS grade were not statistically significant(P>0.05).It was a statistically significant between young group(<45 years old)and elderly group(from 45 to 75 years)in TCM syndrome and ABVS(P<0.05).Liver depression and Qi stagnation,BI-RADS 3 are more in the young group,there are more Phlegm and blood stasis,and Chong-ren disorder cases in the elderly group,BI-RADS 4A and 4B is also more in the elderly group.Conclusion Breast hyperplasia differs benign and malignant lesions in different age groups.ABVS examination and TCM syndrome are necessary to distinguish high-risk breast hyperplasia with age groups.
