断面规划思想在小城镇风貌规划控制中的应用——以洱源县右所镇为例

摘　　要：断面规划思想是基于生态理论提出的一种可持续和连贯的城乡发展模式。本文以云南省大理州洱源县右所镇为例,将该思想应用于小城镇风貌规划中,将小城镇的村庄和城镇视作连续统一的整体,根据不同风貌特征确定出不同的断面特征,并针对不同断面形式提出相应的控制要求。小城镇集自然、农田、村庄、镇区等要素为一体,更接近于生态学中的生态聚落,将断面规划引入到风貌规划控制中,为小城镇风貌规划控制提供一种新的视角,同时可为小城镇风貌规划控制实践提供借鉴。The transect planning is a sustainable and coherent urban-rural development model based on ecological theory.Taking Yousuo Town,Eryuan County,Dali Prefecture,Yunnan Province as an example,this paper applies transect planning on township style and feature planning.The villages and towns are regarded as a continuous and unified entirety.Different transection characteristics are determined according to different feature characteristics.The corresponding control requirements are put forward according to the characteristics of different transections.Small towns integrate the elements of nature,farmland,villages and towns,which is closer to the ecological settlement in ecology.The introduction of transect planning provides a new perspective for township style and feature plan and provides reference for the practice of township style and feature plan.
