某重型M100甲醇发动机缸内燃烧特性的研究

摘  要:整理和完善了甲醇反应机理、热力学参数等信息,首先搭建准维甲醇发动机缸内燃烧模型,对缸内化学反应过程初步探索。其次通过M100(Methanol 100%)甲醇喷雾标定试验,搭建甲醇发动机多维燃烧模型,对其缸内燃烧特性分析,并通过试验数据对模型验证。结果表明,基于甲醇化学反应机理搭建的准维燃烧模型与试验数据相比有较小的误差(缸内分区少,缺少氮氧化物反应等原因),可以满足项目初期阶段甲醇燃烧特性的评估需求;甲醇发动机多维燃烧模型计算精度较高,但是计算量巨大,适合于项目详细设计阶段缸内燃烧优化。In this paper,the combustion model of quasi dimensional methanol engine was built by sorting out and improving the information of methanol reaction mechanism and thermodynamic parameters.Through the calibration of M100(Methanol 100%)methanol spray model,a multi-dimensional combustion model of methanol engine was built,and its combustion characteristics in cylinder were explored.The accuracy of the model was verified by bench test.The conclusion shows that the accuracy of the quasi dimensional combustion model based on the methanol chemical reaction mechanism has a minor error(less in cylinder partition,lack of nitrogen oxide reaction,etc.),but it can meet the needs of the evaluation of methanol combustion characteristics in the initial stage of the project;the multi-dimensional combustion model of methanol engine has a high calculation accuracy,but the calculation amount is huge,which is suitable for the needs of cylinder combustion optimization in the detailed design stage of the project.
