“双碳”目标下我国现代煤化工产业高质量发展研究

摘　　要：“双碳”目标下,我国能源结构转型不断加速,对煤炭清洁高效利用提出了更高要求。总结分析了当前我国现代煤化工产业同质化严重、高端精细化不足、节能环保压力巨大等发展中面临的诸多问题;研究探讨了“双碳”目标下,我国现代煤化工产业高质量发展的路径选择:一是应立足国家能源战略和民生需求,找准方向和定位,加强产品科技创新,重点集中在煤基特种燃料、煤基生物可降解材料、新型炭素材料等领域寻求革新发展;二是应注重与多产业融合发展,深入推进生产全过程的节能提效、减污降碳及高效节水。Under the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the transformation of China's energy structure is accelerating,which puts forward higher requirements for the clean and efficient utilization of coal.The problems faced in the current development of China's modern coal chemical industry were summarized and analyzed,such as serious homogenization,insufficient high-end refinement,huge pressure on energy conservation and environmental protection,on the basis,the direction and route of high-quality development of China's modern coal chemical industry under the goal of carbon neutrality and carbon peak were put forward.On the one hand,the industry should find the direction and positioning based on China’s energy strategy and people's livelihood needs,strengthen product scientific and technological innovation,focus on seeking innovation and development in the fields of coal-based special fuels,coal-based biodegradable materials and new carbon materials;on the other hand,the industry should pay attention to the integrated development of multiple industries,deeply promote the energy conservation and efficiency improvement,pollution and carbon reduction and high-efficient water conservation in the whole production process.
