摘　　要：目的了解神经重症监护室(neurointensive care unit,NICU)患者家属创伤后成长的促进因素,为临床制订护理对策提供参考依据。方法采用质性研究中描述性现象学研究方法,制定访谈提纲,采用目的抽样方法,即采用最大变异取样策略,选取不同年龄、不同文化程度、不同住院天数、不同病种等12名NICU患者家属,对其进行半结构式深入访谈,借助Nvivo11软件管理访谈资料,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行归纳分析并提炼主题。结果NICU患者家属创伤后成长的促进因素主要有个体内部因素和外在支持因素。个体内部因素包括积极的认知、坚定的信念、有效的应对等亚主题;外在支持因素包括情感支持、物质支持、行为支持、信息支持、同伴支持等亚主题。结论NICU患者家属创伤后成长的促进因素呈现多样化,临床医护人员可从患者家属的内部因素、外在支持等方面入手制定干预策略,以促进其创伤后成长。Objective To explore the factors promoting posttraumatic growth(PTG)in family members of patients in neurologic intensive care unit(NICU)and provide reference for clinical nursing strategies.Methods Descriptive phenomenological method in the qualitative research was used to conduct in-depth interviews with the family members of 12 hospitalised NICU patients.Nvivo11 software was used to process the data obtained from interview,and Colaizzi seven-step analysis was used to summarise and analyse the topics.Results The main factors that promoted PTG were internal factors and factors relating to external support.The internal factors included positive cognition,firm belief and effective coping style and the external support related factors included emotional support,material support,behavioural support,information support,and peer support.Conclusions The factors that promote PTG are diversified among the family members of the patients who are staying in NICU.Medical staff should develop intervention strategies pertinent to the internal factors and external supports so as to promote the occurrence of PTG.
