摘　　要：集体林地确权的核心目标是明晰林地权属,激励林地投入行为。利用9省区1200个样本10年的面板数据,用双重差分法剖析集体林地确权对农户林地管护投入的影响。研究发现,确权对农户林地管护投入有积极影响,并会随年限增加而增强,且对南方的影响高于北方;确权对超大规模农户的资本投入有显著促进作用,而对中等规模农户的劳动力投入有显著激励。鉴于此,应继续完善集体林地确权工作,对不同区域和规模的农户制定更有针对性的措施,并注重发挥大户对中小农户的带动效应,实现中小农户林业经营与现代林业的有机衔接。The core goal of collective woodland ownership confirmation is to clarify the ownership of woodland and encourage the investment behavior of woodland.Based on the panel data of 1200 samples from 9 provinces in 10 years,this paper uses the double difference method to evaluate the impact of collective woodland ownership confirmation on farmers'investment in woodland management and protection.The results show that the confirmation of ownership has a positive impact on farmers'investment in woodland management and protection,and it will increase with the increase of years,and the impact on the south is higher than that in the north.Ownership confirmation can significantly promote the capital investment of super large scale farmers,while it can significantly stimulate the labor input of medium scale farmers.In view of this,we should continue to improve the work of collective woodland ownership confirmation,formulate more targeted measures for farmers in different regions and scales,and pay attention to the driving effect of large households on small and medium-sized farmers,so as to realize the organic connection between small and medium-sized farmers'forestry management and modern forestry.
