椭球形轮毂端盖对透平排气扩散器性能的影响

摘  要:排气扩散器是透平的重要组成部分。以某型号F级燃气轮机为例,通过数值模拟的方法,探究椭球形轮毂端盖对透平排气扩散器性能的影响。研究结果表明:一定轴向长度的椭球形轮毂端盖能显著地抑制轮毂下游的流动分离,减少排气扩散器的总压损失;当改型排气扩散器椭球形轮毂端盖的轴向长度与轮毂直径之比为1时,排气扩散器的总压损失系数相比原型减少约10.75%,静压恢复系数相比原型增加约2.18%;在大流量工况时,与原型相比,改型排气扩散器的性能也有一定程度的提升。该研究对透平的效率提高和升级改造具有重要意义。Exhaust diffuser is an important part of turbine.In this paper,a certain type of F-class gas turbine was taken as an example to explore the effect of hub end cap with ellipsoidal geometry on the performance of the turbine exhaust diffuser through numerical simulation.The research results show that a certain axial length of the hub end cap with ellipsoidal geometry can obviously suppress flow separation downstream of the hub and reduce the total pressure loss of the exhaust diffuser.When the ratio of the modified hub end cap axial length to the hub diameter is 1,the total pressure loss coefficient is reduced by about 10.75%and the static pressure recovery coefficient is improved by about 2.18%as compared to the prototype.In large mass flow conditions,the performance of the modification is also improved to a certain extent compared with the prototype.The research has a great significance for the efficiency improvement and upgrading of turbine.
