兰紫解毒汤对甲型流感患者血清KL-6、SP-D、TGF-β1和IL-8水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨兰紫解毒汤对甲型流感患者血清KL-6、SP-D、TGF-β1和IL-8水平的影响。方法将我院2018年1月至2020年10月甲型H1N1流感患者78例随机分为2组,各39例。对照组采用奥司他韦30~75 mg治疗,观察组采用兰紫解毒汤30 ml餐后口服,持续治疗7 d。比较两组患者临床疗效、血Ⅱ型肺泡细胞表面抗原(KL-6)、肺表面活性蛋白-D(SP-D)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、白介素-8(IL-8)及症状缓解时间。结果对照组有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组和观察组血KL-6为(554.39±175.43)U/ml、(447.92±143.87)U/ml,血SP-D为(347.91±60.11)ng/ml、(297.61±57.84)ng/ml,血TGF-β1为(56.12±17.51)ng/ml、(43.61±15.24)ng/ml,血IL-8为(245.60±59.88)ng/ml、(189.56±46.35)ng/ml,完全退热时间为(48.31±18.57)h、(37.12±15.24)h,咳嗽缓解时间为(5.24±1.60)d、(4.12±1.44)d,痊愈时间为(10.02±2.81)d、(8.16±2.57)d,咽拭子转阴时间为(5.86±1.57)d、(4.91±1.34)d,两组上述指标比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间无不良反应。结论兰紫解毒汤对甲型流感患者的疗效确切,有助于降低血清KL-6、SP-D、TGF-β1和IL-8水平,缩短症状缓解时间,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the effects of Lanzi Detoxification Syrup on serum levels of KL-6,SP-D,TGF-beta 1 and IL-8 in patients with influenza A.Methods Totally 78 patients with influenza A(H1N1)treated in our hospital from Jan.2018 to Oct.2020 were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases each.The control group received oseltamivir 30~75 mg,and the study group received Lanzi Detoxification Syrup 30 ml after meals,which continued for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,levels of blood type II alveolar cell surface antigen(KL-6),pulmonary surfactant protein-D(SP-D),transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-beta 1),interleukin-8(IL-8)and symptom relief time were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the study group was lower(P<0.05).Levels of blood KL-6 of control group and study group were(554.39±175.43)U/ml and(447.92±143.87)U/ml,the blood SP-D was(347.91±60.11)ng/ml and(297.61±57.84)ng/ml,blood TGF-beta 1 was(56.12±17.51)ng/ml and(43.61±15.24)ng/ml,blood IL-8 was(245.60±59.88)ng/ml and(189.56±46.35)ng/ml,the complete antipyretic time was(48.31±18.57)h and(37.12±15.24)h,the cough relief time was(5.24±1.60)d and(4.12±1.44)d,and the recovery time was(10.02±2.81)d and(8.16±2.57)d,the time of pharyngeal swab turning to negative was(5.86±1.57)d and(4.91±1.34)d(P<0.05).There was no adverse reactions in the 2 groups.Conclusion Lanzi Detoxification Syrup has definite curative effect on influenza A patients.It helps to reduce the levels of serum KL-6,SP-D,TGF-beta 1 and IL-8,shorten the remission time of symptoms,and has high safety.
