摘　　要：科室文化建设是医院文化建设的重要组成部分,是科室生存和持续发展不可缺的部分。科室文化建设离不开科室管理者的引领、倡导、实践和推动。文章阐述了平洲分院党支部充分发挥政治功能的同时,实施党建、业务一肩挑“双带头”,在倡导科室人文精神,营造“家”文化;构建和谐团队,调动员工主观能动性;打造平安科室,促进科室健康发展等科室文化建设方面发挥引领作用,实现了党建、业务的全面提升和优化。Department culture construction is an important part of hospital culture construction and an indispensable part for the survival and sustainable development of the department.The construction of department culture is inseparable from the guidance,advocacy,practice and promotion of department managers.This article expounds that while the party branch of Pingzhou Branch fully exerts its political functions,it implements the“double leadership”of party building and business,plays a leading role in many aspects of the cultural construction of the department such as to advocate the humanistic spirit of the department,and create a“home”culture;to build a harmonious team,and mobilize the subjective initiative of employees;to promote the healthy development of the department,and realize the overall improvement and optimization of party building and business.
