摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情的发生给大型公立医院运营和疫情防控带来了新的挑战。笔者阐述了疫情冲击下麻醉科手术室发生的改变,同时结合公立医院绩效管理背景下对麻醉专业的质量控制要求,麻醉科手术室在疫情进入常态化防控下需要做出的调整,以及在“医联体”背景和新发展理念下麻醉科如何加强与外院及临床专科的合作,进而促进医院麻醉专业的发展。COVID-19 has brought new challenges to the operation and prevention and control of large public hospitals.This paper mainly briefly describes the changes in the operating room of the anesthesia department under the impact of the epidemic situation.At the same time,combined with the quality control requirements of the anesthesia specialty under the background of the performance management of public hospitals,the operating room of the anesthesia department needs to make adjustments under the normalized prevention and control of the epidemic situation,and how to strengthen the cooperation with other hospitals and clinical specialties under the background of“Medical Union”and the new development concept,so as to promote the development of Anesthesia Specialty in the hospital.
