以预付模式为基础的大型公立医院开展移动支付案例研究

摘　　要：移动支付在提高医疗结算效率、改善患者就医体验的同时,也存在很多实践性问题。文章介绍移动支付在以预付模式为基础的大型公立医院中的应用,分析其运行过程中出现的技术上的不足和管理上的缺失,并提出对策:加大技术力量投入、升级预付模式为即付模式、理顺业务关系和岗位职责、加强人才队伍建设。Mobile payment can improve medical settlement efficiency and patient experience.At the same time,there are also many practical problems.This article introduction the practice of mobile payment in a large public hospital based on prepaid model,analyze technical and management deficiencies in its operation,and propose solution strategies:increase technical investment,upgrade prepayment mode to direct payment mode,smooth out business relations and job responsibilities,strengthen team building.
