我国戒烟门诊现状综述

摘　　要：吸烟已成为危害人类健康的重要因素之一,戒烟可有效阻止或延缓吸烟相关疾病的进展,而戒烟门诊可为戒烟者提供专业化的戒烟指导,是帮助吸烟者戒烟的有效途径之一。我国戒烟门诊经过20多年的积极创建与完善,现已初具成效。为了解我国戒烟门诊现阶段发展现状,笔者就我国戒烟门诊的发展历程进行综述,发现其面临着知晓度低、药物配备率及使用率低、医务人员干预能力及行动力不足等问题,并提出加强宣传力度、提高戒烟药物的使用率、提高医务人员的戒烟干预能力与行动力、积极推进控制吸烟政策实施、探讨创新戒烟门诊发展模式等发展对策,以更好促进我国戒烟门诊的建设。Smoking has become one of the important factors that endanger human health.Smoking cessation can effectively prevent or delay the progression of related diseases caused by smoking,and smoking cessation clinics can provide professional smoking cessation guidance for smokers,which is one of the effective ways to help smokers quit smoking.After more than 20 years of development,smoking cessation clinics in China have preliminarily achieved certain results.In order to understand the current development status of smoking cessation clinics in China,this paper summarizes the development process of smoking cessation clinics in China,and finds that they are faced with problems such as low awareness,low drug allocation and use rates,and insufficient medical staff’s ability to intervene and act.In order to better promote the construction of smoking cessation clinics in China,this paper proposes some development countermeasures,such as strengthening publicity,increasing the use rate of smoking cessation drugs,improving the smoking cessation intervention ability and mobility of medical staff,actively promoting the implementation of smoking control policies,and exploring innovative smoking cessation clinic development models.
