摘　　要：平急结合是综合医院做好新冠疫情常态化防控的关键措施。笔者通过探讨综合医院落实平急结合的工作方向,进而提出加强平急结合的管理策略,以期为综合医院夯实新冠疫情防控成效,进而提升应对突发重大传染病疫情应急处置能力提供有益经验和参考建议。Combination of routine and emergency is the core measures for normalizing epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19 in general hospitals.By analyzing how to do better in orientation of the combination of routine and emergency,the author try to put forward some suggestions to help general hospitals achieve better effect of the prevention of COVID-19,and further enhancing the emergency response capability of major infectious diseases.
