摘　　要：1999年查韦斯执政后,立即在政治领域进行了大刀阔斧的改革。查韦斯通过宪政改革增强了总统权力,推动了委内瑞拉政党体系从两党制向一党主导制方向演进,使委内瑞拉政治进一步向威权政治靠拢,同时查韦斯扩大了民众的政治参与。然而,查韦斯的政治改革引发了激烈的反对,加深了委内瑞拉国内政治分歧。总体看来,查韦斯的政治变革对资源的重新分配提供了政治保证,对推进委内瑞拉“玻璃瓦尔革命”和“21世纪社会主义进程”起到了至关重要的作用。After Chavez came to power in 1992,he immediately carried out drastic reforms in the political field.Chavez strengthened the presidential power through constitutional reforms,promoted the evolution of the Venezuelan political party system from the two-party system to the one-party dominant system,and made the Venezuelan politics closer to authoritarian politics.At the same time,Chavez expanded the political participation of the people.However,Chavez's political changes triggered fierce opposition and deepened Vene-zuela's political divisions.On the whole,Chavez's political changes guarantee the redistribution of resources,which has played a vital role in promoting Venezuela's Bolivarian Revolution and―socialist process in the 21st century.
