政府引导基金地区差异对企业创新绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：政府引导基金由于资金规模大、产业引导目标明确、隐含政府背书等特征为企业的融资活动提供了便利,但我国政府引导基金在地区上存在不平衡的现象,进而对企业创新绩效形成了不同的影响。本文通过将我国的政府引导基金分成内陆政府引导基金和沿海政府引导基金两类进行研究,发现相较于内陆政府引导基金,沿海政府引导基金因其在失败容忍度以及经验资源积累方面的优势,对企业创新绩效、高科技行业企业创新绩效以及早期企业创新绩效表现出了更加显著的促进作用,因此本文对提升企业创新绩效、改善政府引导基金等方面提出了相应的对策建议。Because of the large scale of capital,clear objectives of industrial guidance,and implicit government endorsement,government guidance funds provide convenience for enterprise financing activities.However,there is an imbalance in regions of China of government guidance funds,which also has a different impact on enterprise innovation performance.By dividing Chinese government guidance funds into inland government guidance funds and coastal government guidance funds,this paper finds that compared with the mainland government guidance funds,the coastal government guidance funds have a more significant role in promoting enterprise innovation performance,the innovation performance of enterprises in high-tech industry,and early enterprise innovation performance due to its advantages in tolerance for failure and accumulation of experience and resource.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on improving enterprise innovation performance and government guidance funds.
