摘　　要：在使用荧光分析仪手工配料的基础上,引进了γ射线在线分析仪对水泥熟料生产线的生料进行自动分析配料。从生料化学成分稳定性、检测率值、熟料稳定性、烧成系统工艺变化及熟料质量等方面入手,对使用γ射线在线分析仪前后的相关情况进行了对比分析。使用γ射线在线分析仪后,水泥熟料生产线生料配料稳定性和检测效率大幅提高,窑系统煅烧稳定,熟料质量明显改善。Theγ-ray on-line analyzer is introduced in the raw material batching for cement clinker production line,on the basis of the manual batching with fluorescence analyzer.Changes before and after the use of theγ-ray on-line analyzer are compared and analyzed from the aspects of chemical composition stability of raw material,detection rate value,clinker stability,process change of firing system and clinker quality.After using theγ-ray on-line analyzer,the stability of raw material in cement production line and detecting efficiency is greatly enhanced.At the same time,the calcining condition in kiln is stabilized and clinker quality is significantly improved.
