摘  要:研究了钛矿渣作水泥混合材时某水泥厂电耗偏高的原因以及钛矿渣对水泥强度和强度增长率的影响。研究表明,水泥厂钛矿渣中TiO_(2)含量高达12.76%,导致钛矿渣活性较低;钛矿渣易磨性差是水泥厂电耗偏高的主要原因。普通矿渣和钛矿渣在相同比表面积情况下,钛矿渣对水泥的早期强度影响不大,对后期强度影响明显;在不同比表面积情况下,随着比表面积的增加,普通矿渣和钛矿渣的活性都会增加,而普通矿渣28d活性增加更加明显,钛矿渣28d活性虽然有一定增加,但不明显。The cause of high power consumption in a cement plant and the effect of titanium slag on cement strength and strength growth rate were studied when titanium slag was used as cement mixture.The results show that TiO_(2) content in titanium slag of cement factory is up to 12.76%,which leads to low activity of titanium slag.Poor grindability of titanium slag is the main reason of high power consumption in cement plant.Under the condition of the same specific surface area,titanium slag has little influence on the early strength of cement,but has obvious influence on the late strength.Under different specific surface area conditions,with the increase of specific surface area,the activity of both ordinary slag and titanium slag increases,while the activity of ordinary slag increases more obviously at 28d,and the activity of titanium slag at 28d increases to a certain extent,but not significantly.
