摘　　要：目的:开发一款基于微服务开发方法的标准化医疗设备管理系统,在提高医院医疗设备管理效率的同时,降低医疗设备管理成本。方法:采用SpringCloud微服务的设计思想,将系统功能划分成设备维修微服务、设备申购微服务、设备保养微服务、设备计量微服务、设备借调微服务、科室设备管理微服务、设备科设备管理微服务及总务科设备管理微服务,各微服务之间单独运行、单独部署,各微服务底层集成了JPA和Hibernate技术,实现了微服务底层与数据库的交互;系统利用负载均衡、注册中心和容错机制等相关技术实现各微服务之间的通信与系统的负载均衡。结果:医疗设备管理系统投入实际运行中能较好完成医疗设备运转的闭环管理操作,有效提高了医疗设备的管理效率,并使医疗设备的管理成本降低了约10.03%。结论:基于微服务开发方法的标准化医疗设备管理系统进一步规范了医疗设备的管理与运维,节省了医疗设备的管理成本费用,使医院的医疗设备能够最大程度的发挥其诊疗作用。Objective:To develop a management system of standardized medical equipment based on development method of micro-service,which can improve the management efficiency of medical equipment of hospital,as well as reduce the management cost of medical equipment.Methods:The design idea of SpringCloud micro-services was adopted to divide the system functions into equipment maintenance micro-service,equipment subscription micro-service,equipment maintenance micro-service,equipment measurement micro-service,equipment loan micro-service,equipment management micro-service of department,and equipment management micro-service of equipment department and equipment management micro-service of general affairs department.Each micro-service was run and deployed separately.The bottom layer of each micro-service integrated JPA and Hibernate techniques,and realized the interaction between the bottom layer of micro-service and the database.The system used the relative techniques,which included load balancing,registry center and fault tolerance mechanism,to realize the communication among various micro-service and the load balancing of the system.Results:The management system of medical equipment,which was put into actual operation,can better complete the closed-loop management operation of medical equipment operation,and effectively improve the management efficiency of medical equipment,as well as reduce management cost of medical equipment by 10.03%.Conclusion:The management system of standardized medical equipment based on development method of micro-service further standardizes the management,operation and maintenance of medical equipment,and saves the management cost of medical equipment,and enables medical equipment of hospital to play its role in diagnosis and treatment in the greatest extent.
