摘　　要：目的:研究双闭环管理模式在医疗设备质量控制管理中的应用,以提高设备管理质量。方法:选取医院临床在用的348台常规医疗设备,按照管理模式将其分为对照组(165台)和观察组(183台),对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用双闭环管理模式,从临床运行和技术保障2个层面开展闭环质量控制,通过成本效益和社会效益评价进行对策调整。对比两组成本效益、社会效益和管理质量的差异性。结果:观察组设备使用中的诊疗收费增长率、运行利润增长率、技术保障费用支出增长率和使用年限指数均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.110,t=2.374,t=3.401,t=2.516;P<0.05);观察组设备的开机率、运转率、诊疗服务和科研服务增长率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.518,t=2.566,t=3.113,t=2.806;P<0.05);观察组设备的信息数据、临床操作、维护维修、质量控制检测和报废处理指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.075,χ^(2)=9.841,χ^(2)=8.515,χ^(2)=14.159,χ^(2)=12.904;P<0.05)。结论:双闭环管理模式能全面监测医疗设备临床运行和技术保障管理效果,提高设备临床服务收益,规范设备质量控制管理。Objective:To explore the application value of double closed-loop management mode in quality control management of medical equipment.Methods:384 sets of medical equipment in-use in clinical practice of the hospital were selected and divided into control group(165) and observation group(183) according to the different management mode.The conventional management model was adopted in the control group,and double closed-loop management mode was adopted in the observation group,and closed-loop quality control management was carried out from the aspects of clinical operation and technical support,countermeasures were adjusted through evaluation of cost effectiveness and social benefit.The differences of cost effectiveness,social benefit and management quality between the two groups were compared.Results:The growth rate of diagnosis and treatment fee,operating profit growth rate,technical support expenses growth rate and the service life index in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.110,t=2.374,t=3.401,t=2.516;P<0.05);the opening rate,operation rate,growth rates of diagnosis and treatment service and scientific research service in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.518,t=2.566,t=3.113,t=2.806;P<0.05);the indexes of information data,clinical operation,maintenance and repair,quality control inspection and disposal of discarding of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.075,χ^(2)=9.841,χ^(2)=8.515,χ^(2)=14.159,χ^(2)=12.904;P<0.05).Conclusion:The double closed-loop management mode can comprehensively monitor the management effect of clinical operation and technical support of medical equipment,improve the clinical service revenue of medical equipment,and standardize the quality control management of medical equipment.
