摘　　要：目的:分析病原微生物菌(毒)种库重要目标防护现状,提出实用化解决对策。方法:分析国内外重要目标防护研究与发展现状,根据病原微生物菌(毒)种库重要目标保藏防护重点与特点,针对病原微生物菌(毒)种库存在的菌(毒)种转移能力、菌(毒)种库防护信息化建设和菌(毒)种库防护演习实战化要求等问题,开展菌(毒)种防控风险分析和对策研究。结果:通过建设大型备用库、应用全信息系统管理病原微生物菌(毒)种库和开展防护实战化演练提高病原微生物菌(毒)种库重要目标综合防护。结论:加强病原微生物菌(毒)种库防护相应实用化可行对策,有助于提高病原微生物菌(毒)种库重要目标防护能力。Objective:To analyze the situation of protection of important targets of the pathogenic microorganism bacteria and virus seed bank,and propose the practical countermeasures.Methods:The research and development status of important target protection at home and abroad were analyzed.According to the key points and characteristics of important target preservation of the pathogenic microorganism and virus seed bank,the risk analysis and countermeasure research were carried out in view of the transfer capacity,the information technology in the protection and the practical practicality of exercises of the pathogenic microorganism bacteria and virus seed bank.Results:The comprehensive protection of the important targets of the pathogenic microorganism bacteria and virus seed bank was enhanced by establishing large-scale standby database,applying the full information system to manage the pathogenic microorganism seed bacteria and virus bank and carrying out actual combat training of protection.Conclusion:The practical and feasible countermeasures should be taken to strengthen the protection of the pathogenic bacteria and virus seed bank and improve the important target protection ability of the pathogenic microorganism bacteria and virus seed bank.
