摘 要:基于多分支HQ管技术,采用传递矩阵获得管道的传声损失并采用计算机软件进行对大型风机节能降噪技术开展仿真,针对某电厂一次风机搭建1∶2缩比试验系统,设计多分支HQ管样机进行试验,测试结果表明,设计的多分支HQ管平均消声量达到15 dB,实现管道自身降噪,较消声器压损降低400 Pa,风机输入功率降低3.5 kW,电流降低8.8 A,节电量达到15.3%。Based on the multi-branch HQ tube technology,the sound transmission loss of the pipe is obtained by using the transfer matrix,and the energy saving and noise reduction technology of the large fan is simulated by computer software.the 1∶2 scale test system is built for the primary fan of a power plant,and a multi-branch HQ tube prototype is designed for test.The test results show that the average noise reduction of the designed multi-branch HQ tube reaches 15 dB,which realizes The pipe self-noise reduction and is better than the muffler.The pressure loss is reduced by 400 Pa,the fan input power is reduced by 3.5 kW,the current is reduced by 8.8 A,and the power saving is up to 15.3%.
